B2B cooperation
At ZarembaHandMade, we manufacture products based on the assumptions of our customers.
We participate in the product design process, where it is necessary to specify the technological possibilities and raw material with the customer's expectations.
In this way, in the design process, assumptions for serial production of products are created, each time supported by prototypes.
We assume that the customer must be satisfied and we must be able to produce it efficiently, at an optimally low unit cost that is satisfactory to both parties.
ZarembaHandMade is a team of four people directly involved in production planning and production. We are a small craft workshop where modern technologies meet traditional approach to wood.
Thanks to this, we are able to produce unique, unusual, specialized products in short production series, tailored to the needs of buyers.
We always obtain the raw material from a proven source in accordance with FSC or PEFC standards.
In our work, we try to follow the work schedule so that the final product is an expression of the customer's expectations and production capabilities.
Here is a general description of the stages of cooperation we offer:
a) Presentation of the product concept with the specification of manufacturing capabilities
b) Gathering basic assumptions for the final product, such as technical drawings, any additional information such as packaging, delivery, quality of raw materials used in the process, etc. At this stage, we are ready to sign a confidentiality agreement.
c) Preparation of the initial offer based on the assumptions provided
d) After accepting the offer, preparing a draft contract regulating the terms of cooperation at the stage of prototyping and preparation of production
e) Preparation of prototypes and providing suggestions as to the proposed changes in the product related to the issues of technology and the raw material used
f) Acceptance of prototypes, possible changes and preparation of further prototype designs based on the introduced changes
g) Final acceptance and preparation of a draft contract specifying time, financial, quality conditions, etc. task implementation:
a. First production batch in small quantity
b. The second production batch in the expected quantity size
h) Implementation of tasks
I invite you to cooperation
